– Review

A murder is taking place in Sangupatti village police station limits near Aruppukottai.
Premji who passes by the crime scene hands over the chain around the neck of the murdered man and his cell phone to the police station.
But the cops start questioning him there on suspicion. The killers surrender at the police station.
However, the investigation is going on as to who took all the jewels from the neck of the deceased.
Meanwhile, a fight ensues between the Sanugpatti police and the neighbouring police about who should have the jewels. Who took the jewels and were the cops able to find it out forms the rest of the story.
Directed by Suresh Sangaiah, the entire plot revolves around the events that take place around a murder and the police station.
The director has brought to light on how a few police stations function in the villages of Tamilnadu. Premji has delivered a neat performance. Though he looks innocent, he gives the police a run for their money.
Swayam Siddha as his love interest appears in very minimal portions. Sitthan Mohan and Selva murugan as the stars of the movie. They are mighty impressive with their timing sense and one liners.
Gnanasambandham as the judge has done a neat job. Music by Deepan Chakravarthy gels well with the theme of the movie. R V Saran’s camerawork has captured the proceedings in an effective manner.
