Different forms of love

Nitham Oru Vaanam

– Review

From a young age, Ashok Selvan grows up without attachment even with his parents. He wants to be 100 percent perfect in everything.
He starts liking a girl and their marriage also gets fixed. Day before the marriage, the girl tells Ashok Selvan about her lover.
Based on his advice the girl goes in search of her lover. However, Ashok Selvan becomes depressed as his marriage gets cancelled.
He goes for counselling where he is given two different books to read. How these books change his life forms the rest of the story.
Director Ra Karthik is impressive in the way in which he has narrated the story.
He has written the characters with so much soul that the audience can instantly relate to them.
Ashok Selvan is the biggest strength of this movie as he transforms into the characters. He plays three different roles in the movie and has done complete justice to each one of them.
Along with Ritu Varma and Aparna Balamurali, Shivathmika has also delivered what was expected from them.
Vidhu Ayyana’s cinematography is refreshing and colourful. Songs by Gopi Sundar are good, bgm by Tharan Kumar is impressive.

Rating:4/5
