– Review

During a romantic drive with his girlfriend, Ciby kills Manoj Mullath in an accident. Though Ciby wants to surrender for the accident, his girlfriend Bhavya Trikha stops him saying that it will affect his trip to the USA.

Following the death of Manoj Mullath, his teenage son Jay Adithya is raised by a prostitute Yasmin Ponnappa.

Meanwhile, Vincent Nakul wants Jay in return for the debt owed by his father. Following a series of incidents Ciby rescues Jay from Vincent and his gang. What happens next forms the crux of the story.

Directed by Balaji Madhavan, the crisp runtime of 132 minutes is one of the biggest strengths of the movie.

The film does not deviate from the core plot and keeps the audience engaged right from the word go.

The movie has an unusual storyline with some interesting twists and turns.

There are few logic loopholes in the movie which can be overlooked.

Ciby has done complete justice to his character and has delivered a performance which reflects the emotions of his role. His chemistry with Bhavya is good and they make a good onscreen pair.

Jay Adithya shines in an emotionally loaded role. Manoj Mullath has done his part well. Rest of the cast including Yasmin Ponnappa have delivered what was expected from them.

Music by Sam CS suits the genre well. Jayachder Pinnamneni camerawork has captured the proceedings in an interesting manner.
