The story of the film revolves around what kind of things are happening in the villages due to the local body elections and how many problems arise because of this.
How does the protagonist, who does not know what politics is, enter this election, what are the consequences he faces form the core plot of the movie.
Directed by Thamizh, since the movie is based on local body polls, it is easily relatable to the audience.
The director has showcased various characters that we see during the local body polls which is very realistic.
The film is set in Vellore and the geography has been utilised well for the plot.
Vijay Kumar has shouldered the movie in an effective manner and shines in his role.
He has got into the skin of the character and has done complete justice to it.
The way in which he showcases the various emotions of his character is impressive.
Preeti Asrani as the female lead has done her part well and makes here presence felt.
Dhileepan is terrifying as the antagonist and has delivered what was expected from him.
Rest of the cast including George Maryan have have done justice to their characters.
Music by Govind Vasantha is pulsating and is ably complimented by Mahendran Jayaraju’s camerawork. Rest of the technical aspects of the movie are good as well.
