Nayanthara was once in a relationship with Prabhu Deva and it reportedly caused a split between the actor-choreographer-filmmaker and his wife Ramlath. Now, Ramlath has hit out at Nayanthara.
In an interview, Ramlath said that she could not believe that Prabhu Deva was in love with Nayanthara. “I thought he was an honest husband and had been taking care of the family,” she added.
Slamming Nayanthara, Ramlath said that the actress stole her husband and that she was a woman who stole other people’s husbands, and should also be punished. She added that if she saw Nayanthara somewhere, she would kick her.
Ramlath also said that Prabhu Deva recently bought a house for her (Ramlath), and she feels that he has changed now. Recently, Nayanthara opened up about her past relationships and revealed why she parted ways with men she was once romantically involved with.
In an interaction, the actress said, “Love doesn’t exist where there is no trust. I ended my past relationships when I realised that it was better to live alone than with someone who she could not be trusted.”
The actress, who was rumoured with Simbu aka STR, Prabhu Deva and Arya, said that it wasn’t easy to cope up with a break up. She also said that her professional life and fans helped her big-time to surpass the hard period.
Currently, Nayanthara is said to be in a relationship with director Vignesh Shivan of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ and ‘Thaana Serndha Koottam’ fame. Her upcoming film ‘Netrikkann’ is being bankrolled by Vignesh Shivan.
