Ever since she entered wedlock with Naga Chaitanya a few years ago, there have been reports at regular intervals that Samantha Akkineni was pregnant. They have now surfaced once again.
Samantha, who used to be very active on social media, has not posted anything since March 28. This has led to rumours that the actress is in the family way. But there is no official confirmation yet.
Last month, it was reported that Samantha had opted out of ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal’ directed by Vignesh Shivan which was set to feature her in the lead alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara, since the actress was in family way.
Reports also claimed that the actress has withdrawn from all the other films that she had signed and had decided not to act in films for the next two years.
However, in an apparent bid to deny this, Samantha posted a weight lifting work out session on Instagram. She also attended the inaugural event of a hotel in Hyderabad.
It is also said that the actress has signed a horror-thriller with director Ashwin Saravanan of ‘Game Over’ fame and a few more projects. Recently, Samantha successfully completed 10 years in film industry. It was on 26 February 2010 she made her acting debut in the film ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ opposite Naga Chaitanya.
