Actress and television anchor Dhivyadarshini aka DD was emotionally touched when she attended an event recently, during which she had to give away kits to around 40 HIV positive women.
DD then penned a three-page note and said when she hugged the first woman before giving her the kit, she told her that she would prefer having another hug than taking the kit because it had been so many years since anyone hugged her after she contracted the virus.
Dhivyadarshini added that all she did after that was giving all those women tight hugs. “Right now if you have some one you can hug and if that some one hugs you even more tighter, then you are blessed,” she concluded the note.
