Earlier I have posted about a street food at TN close to Chennai selling qualitative & quantitative breakfast between Rs.50-60/- per person.
This time posting from Gurgaon, Sector-29. I was kidding with my driver (by profession – brother by heart), to take me for lunch.
He took me here and I was stuck with awe. Very busy locality with many offices and on the other side of it, are the best names in restaurant business.
Still, this guy is busy entertaining his customers with 3 of his assistants. The charges are unbelievably cheap.
One could have stomach and heartful lunch from Rs.60-100/- per person. Variety of foods served within this range.
Aloo, Panneer, Gobi, Aloo onion mix all these parathas served with curd, chutney & butter for a price range 60-100 Rs.
4 Roti with 2 vegetables, 2 Missi Roti, 2 Amritsari Naan, 2 Tawa Paratha, all with 2 vegetables & chutney.
Special Raita @20/- and rice with Rajma, Choley, Dal all between Rs.60-100/-.
Tasty food in hygeine plates along with Purified, filtered water in a covered cool vessel. For washing hands a decent open type basin with no sediments.
Best of all, if someone comes with less money, he does not drive him away.
Great heart he is, as he allows some of his customers who carry their home tiffin to eat in his place.
He makes no qualms about it. Can we do that, in any other restaurant to carry your own tiffin box. Or will you be allowed to pay lesser than the billed amount.
India is amazing with such good hearts who earn their livelihood and also helping others.
Thanks to my driver brother who took me there and I made it a point to eat the second day even by traveling 2kms extra just to make the restaurant person feel good that, his food made me come back and also a feel good factor for my driver brother.
Let us promote such good hearts and such restaurants, will help the working class, taxi drivers, auto-wallas and other people.
People travel from distant villages to Metropolitan dream Cities for their livelihood and whose family live in their villages and such eateries are a blessing with quality and kindness.
Humanity will always win!
