In a significant update for Pawan Kalyan fans, S. Thaman has officially been brought onboard for ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’.
While Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) remains the composer for the film’s songs, Thaman will now handle the crucial background score (BGM).
The production house, Mythri Movie Makers, released an official note clarifying that the change was not due to creative differences. Instead, the makers were unable to finalize and send the film’s reels to DSP within his committed timeline.
To ensure the film meets its high-stakes post-production schedule, the team opted for Thaman, who is known for his rapid turnaround and high-impact scores.
This “musical twist” has fueled intense speculation that the film’s release might be preponed.
With the background score now in Thaman’s hands, industry insiders suggest the movie could shift from its March 26 slot to March 19, 2026, taking advantage of a newly opened window in the theatrical calendar.
