Prabhas’ horror-comedy The Raja Saab has officially premiered on Jio Hotstar.
The digital version includes a four-minute extended cut featuring an “older look” for Prabhas that was missing from the initial theatrical run.
Producer T.G. Vishwa Prasad explained that the scenes were originally omitted due to last-minute server and technical issues.
Reports indicate the original runtime was approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes, but it was trimmed to tighten the theatrical experience following mixed reviews.
Director Maruthi has since assured fans that the restored footage will showcase more of Prabhas’ signature “attitude and swag” that audiences felt was lacking in the cinema version.
