The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the way for the release of actor Ram Pothineni’s highly-anticipated commercial entertainer, ‘Andhra King Taluka,’ granting it a ‘U/A’ certificate.
The announcement was made by the production house, Mythri Movie Makers, who confirmed that the film is set for a Grand Worldwide Release on November 27th, a strategic preponement to capture a longer weekend window.
Directed by Mahesh Babu P, the film is described as a “biopic of a fan,” with Ram Pothineni playing Sagar, an ardent follower of superstar Surya Kumar, a character essayed by Kannada star Upendra.
Interestingly, Ram is also making his debut as a lyricist with the song ‘Nuvvunte Chaale’ in this movie. The film, which promises to be an emotional and high-energy drama, also stars Bhagyashree Borse in the female lead role. Bookings are officially open for the big release.
