The highly anticipated release of Ram Charan’s rural sports drama, ‘Peddi’, has reportedly been pushed back from its original April 30 date.
It is now indicated that the film is now eyeing a new global release date of June 26, 2026.
The postponement is attributed to pending high-octane song shoots and minor patchwork following the actor’s recent minor leg injury.
The shift also allows the team to avoid the peak election heat, ensuring a massive, uninterrupted box office window during the late summer.
Director Buchi Babu Sana is reportedly utilizing this extra time to fine-tune the heavy VFX required for the climactic wrestling sequences.
