Ram Charan has reportedly confirmed that his highly anticipated rural sports drama, Peddi, is in its absolute final stages of production.
Speaking at a recent event, the actor revealed that the team has wrapped up almost all talkie portions, with only one special song left to be canned.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film is racing against time to meet its April 30, 2026, worldwide release date.
The final song, rumored to be a high-energy dance number featuring a surprise cameo, is expected to be filmed over the next three days in a specially erected set in Hyderabad.
The background score for the first half, composed by A.R. Rahman, has already been completed, signaling that the film is well into its post-production phase.
