Youthful and energetic

The story switches between two incidents in the life of Ashok Selvan, a compulsive womaniser. Ashok Selvan is married to Smruthi Venkat and has a child.
One day when Smruthi leaves to her parents house, Ashok allows Riya Suman, who accidentally lands at his doorstep, into his house. He tries to bed her.
There is an earlier episode where a young Ashok Selvan goes to Samyuktha Hegde’s house after her father leaves for out of station. In both the scenarios the person who leaves the house returns in the neck of the moment.
What happens next is the crux of the story. Director Venkat Prabhu has once again tried an experimental story telling method.
Venkat Prabhu has handled the two different timelines in a smart way and has kept the narratives interesting with his peculiar making style. The performances from the actors are sold.
Ashok Selvan gets a meaty role and nails it in the character. He anchors the film and is charming and gives life to Venkat Prabhu’s vision.
As far as the leading ladies are concerned, Samyuktha is impressive with her performance. Her innocence elevates the character and makes the audience empathise with the role.
Riya Suman adds to the glamour quotient and is impressive as well. Smruthi Venkat comes as an adorable housewife.
Premgi’s music gels well with the mood of the movie. The BGM keeps the audience hooked. Rest of the technical aspects of the film are also good.
