Spiritualism and science fiction

– Review
In a Catholic church, its priest Bennett Castro (K. Bhagyaraj) begins the Sunday service.
At that time, a hidden gang led by Cyrus (PGS) holds the devotees captive at gunpoint.
Their goal is to steal the blueprint for the ‘Teleportation’ device invented by Bennett. To save the lives of the devotees, Bennet gives the secret of his invention to the leader of the gunmen.
Whether Bhagyaraj and the devotees escape after that forms the rest of the story.
Directed by Shiva Madhav, the team has tried to present a science fiction story that takes place inside a church.
The team has created a new record by filming the movie within 81 minutes using 24 cameras.
Bhagyaraj has delivered a seasoned performance as father Bennett. The way he has handled the character is interesting.
PGS is menacing as the villain. However, his performance could have been better. Rest of the supporting actors could have also been utilised in a better manner.
Music by Karthick Harsha is good. Cinematography by Marishwaran Mohan Kumar is passable. RK Srinath’s editing is crisp.
