In a move that has surprised her massive fanbase, Rashmika Mandanna has officially started shooting for Allu Arjun’s next big project, tentatively titled AA22xA6.
Directed by Atlee, the film is being designed as a grand, VFX-rich action extravaganza set in an alternate universe.
The most shocking update, however, is Rashmika’s role. Breaking away from her “National Crush” image, she is reportedly playing a negative character—described as the most audacious and daring role of her career.
The actress joined the sets on Tuesday, February 3, in Mumbai and is scheduled to film intensive action and dramatic sequences until mid-February.
Following this schedule, she is expected to take a brief break for her rumored wedding to Vijay Deverakonda on February 26.
