The Hyderabad Police have officially filed a 100-page charge sheet regarding the tragic stampede at Sandhya Theatre during the ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ premiere in December 2024.
The police have named 23 individuals in the document, with the theatre management listed as the primary accused (A1) and superstar Allu Arjun named as Accused No. 11 (A11).
The charge sheet cites “negligence in crowd control” as the primary cause for the incident, which resulted in the death of a woman.
While the actor was previously granted bail, the filing of the charge sheet moves the case into the judicial hearing phase to fix legal liability.
