The highly anticipated pan-India period action-drama, ‘Swayambhu’, starring Nikhil Siddhartha, has officially locked its worldwide theatrical release date for February 13, 2026.
This strategic date coincides with the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivarathri. The announcement follows the official wrap-up of the film’s extensive two-year production schedule.
Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, Swayambhu tells the story of an ancient warrior and is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the Pixel Pictures banner.
The high-budget film is set to be a visual spectacle, co-starring Samyuktha Menon and Nabha Natesh.
Adding to the grandeur, the music is composed by National Award winner Ravi Basrur (K.G.F. fame), and the cinematography is handled by Manoj Paramahamsa.
The film will see a simultaneous release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, capitalizing on Nikhil’s rising pan-India appeal.
