Nani and director Sujeeth officially launched their new film, tentatively titled ‘Bloody Romeo’, with a traditional Pooja ceremony on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra.
The event marked the official commencement of the project, which is reported to be a dark comedy with significant action elements.
Veteran actor Venkatesh Daggubati attended the ceremony as the special guest, signaling the high profile of the new venture.
The film is produced by Venkat Boyanapalli under the Niharika Entertainments banner and is slated for a release in late 2026.
The principal photography is expected to begin in December 2025 after Nani completes his current project, ‘The Paradise’.
