The National Awards for the year of 2019 have been announced by the government on Monday afternoon and Nani’s ‘Jersey’ and Mahesh Babu’s ‘Maharshi’ got a couple of awards from Tollywood.
Nani’s ‘Jersey’ bagged the Best Regional Film (Telugu) and Naveen Nooli bagged the Best Editing Award for this movie.
On the other hand, ‘Maharshi’ bagged the National Award in the three categories including Best Choreography (Raju Sundaram), Best Production House (Sri Venkateswara Creations) and Best Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment.
