Filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi on Wednesday marked the fourth anniversary of the release of his romantic drama ‘Sita Ramam’ by sharing a heartfelt message reflecting on the film’s enduring popularity.

Calling the film “a letter that never stopped reaching hearts,” Hanu said the story has continued to find new audiences even four years after its release, drawing a parallel to the letters that form the emotional core of the narrative.

The director also thanked the film’s principal cast for their performances. He praised Dulquer Salmaan for portraying Ram with warmth and dignity, Mrunal Thakur for bringing timeless grace to Sita, Rashmika Mandanna for her performance as Afreen, and Sumanth for his portrayal of Brigadier Vishnu Sharma.

The anniversary comes shortly after Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur exchanged birthday wishes for each other on social media.
