Actor Gopichand is reportedly embarking on an exciting new project that will see a popular stunt master making his directorial debut.
Sources close to the production indicate that acclaimed fight master Venkat will be stepping behind the camera to direct Gopichand’s next, a film touted to be a full-on mass entertainer packed with high-octane action.
Venkat is well-known for choreographing impactful stunt sequences in several films, including ‘Daaku Maharaj’ and ‘Bhagavanth Kesari’.
Gopichand is said to have been thoroughly impressed with the script presented by Venkat, giving his immediate nod to the collaboration.
This new venture is expected to be bankrolled by 70mm Entertainments, the production house behind successful political biopics like ‘Yatra’ and ‘Yatra 2’.
While an official announcement is eagerly awaited, industry insiders suggest it could be made as early as the first week of August.
