As Prabhas turned 44, his fans in Hyderabad celebrated “greatest offline birthday party ever seen in India.” The much talked about event took place in Kukatpally.
They erected a giant 230 feet cutout of the ‘Baahubali’ actor’s look from the upcoming film ‘Salaar’. Fans burst firecrackers and cheered for him.
Bankrolled by Hombale Films, ‘Salaar’ will star Prabhas along with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film will be released in theaters on 22 December 2023.
Prabhas, whose full name is Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju Uppalapati, was born in 1979, in Chennai. He got all-India fame with SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ franchise.
