If everything went as planned, Prabhas’ mythological movie ‘Adipurush’ would have arrived during the Sankranti season.
The team of this big-budgeted film announced that it will be coming out on 12 January and there was a lot of buzz surrounding this movie.
But everything went downhill once the teaser came out in October. The movie’s unit postponed the release date and it is now coming on 16 June.
It got a lot of negativity and some politicians even warned the makers about distorting the history.
The movie’s editor Ashish Mhatre has denied all these rumours.
He said, “We are following the same way from where we started the film, because we have not made any mistake in the first place, that needs rectification.”
Kriti Sanon is the female lead in this project while Sunny Singh played the role of Lakshman.
Saif Ali Khan is the antagonist and T-Series has bankrolled this project.
