It was announced that Arun Vijay’s ‘Yaanai’ directed by Hari will be released on 17 June.
However, the team postponed the release to 1 July.
The makers said that the decision has been made because of the success of Kamal Haaan’s ‘Vikram’.
Now the latest update is that the movie has been cleared by the censor board with U/A certificate.
The trailer of the movie directed by Hari has been released recently and it looks like a pakka rural action drama.
Arun Vijay looks rock solid in the trailer which has an action sequence.
The movie produced by Drumstick Productions has Priya Bhavani Shankar playing the female lead.
Prakash Raj is said to play an important role in the flick.
Touted to be a mass masala action entertainer, music for the movie is by G V Prakash.
