With actor-politician Kamal Haasan all set to celebrate his birthday on November 7, the makers of ‘Thug Life’ have dropped an exciting update.
The team will be unveiling the “thugs” of the film soon, on Thursday at 11 am.
‘Thug Life’ is jointly produced by Kamal Haasan’sM Raaj Kamal Films International Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies. AR Rahman is scoring music for the film.
Apart from Kamal Haasan, the film also stars Silambarasan, Ashok Selvan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, Joju George, Abhirami, Nasser and Hindi actor Ali Fazal in important roles.
It is to be noted that Silambarasan’s casting occurred mid-way into the making of ‘Thug Life’.
The cast was first announced with actors Dulquer Salmaan and Jayam Ravi. However, after both the actors had to step out of the projects, Silambarasan and Ashok Selvan were cast in the film.
Thug Life marks Mani Ratnam’s collaboration with Kamal Haasan after their 1987 film ‘Nayakan’.
