Vikram will be next seen in the period action drama ‘Thangalaan’. Pa. Ranjith, who previously made films like ‘Kabali’, ‘Kaala’, and ‘Sarpatta Parambarai’, is the director.
‘Thangalaan’ is based on a few real-life incidents that happened in Kolar Gold Fields. The theatrical trailer, which was unveiled a few days ago, received a good response.
Despite releasing the trailer, the makers didn’t reveal the release date and this disappointed the fans.
Now the makers have announced that ‘Thangalaan’ will be out in cinemas on August 15th.
Malavika Mohanan is playing a prominent role in the film. Parvathy Thiruvothu, Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, Sampath Ram, and Hari Krishnan are essaying important roles.
Neelam Productions, Studio Green, and Jio Studios are jointly producing this flick. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music.
