‘Leo’ is one of the most highly anticipated films slated to release in 2023, and with each day, the news of a new star joining the cast is speculated.
Actor Vijay Sethupathi, who played the antagonist in Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Master’ was rumoured to join the action thriller and recently Vijay responded to the rumours.
Rathnakumar, the co-writer of ‘Leo’ had posted a photo of himself wearing the cooling glass worn by Vijay Sethupathi in ‘Vikram’ and wrote: “Never Say Die”.
This gave rise to speculations that Vijay Sethupathi will be returning in ‘Leo’ as Santhanam.
However, Vijay Sethupathi on Monday cleared the air while attending a private event. When asked about his appearance in ‘Leo’ he categorically denied being a part of Leo and told fans not to believe in these rumours.
When asked about Rathnakumar’s post, Vijay opined that he would have done it for fun.
