Music composer-turned-actor Vijay Antony, who sustained injuries, while shooting for ‘Pichaikaran-2’ recently, has undergone a major surgery.
“Dear friends, I am safely recovered from a severe jaw and nose injury during Pichaikkaran 2 shoot in Malaysia. I just completed a major surgery,” the ‘Saleem’ and ‘India Pakistan’ actor posted on his social media page.
“I will talk to you all as soon as possible. Thank you for all your support and concern for my health,” Vijay Antony tweeted. Meanwhile, wishes are pouring in on Vijay Antony for his speedy recovery.
Actor-director R. Parthiepan tweeted, “Get well soon my friend.” Actor Nandita Swetha posted, “I wish you speed recovery.” It is said Vijay Antony would resume work after taking rest for few more weeks.
