Vijay is joining hands with director H Vinoth for his 69th film, which has been tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 69’.
The movie, which marks Vijay’s final outing before his indefinite break from films, had its grand launch and character reveal, a few days back.
The shooting of ‘Thalapathy 69’ has been kickstarted in Chennai, and the team is now filming a grand song sequence.
Vijay is reuniting with musician Anirudh Ravichander as a playback singer, for the peppy number.
The song, which is reportedly named ‘One Last Song’, is reportedly penned by Asal Kolaar. The grapevine suggests that director H Vinoth and his team are filming the song on a grand scale, with around 500 dancers.
After wrapping up the song shoot, director H Vinoth and his team are reportedly planning to take a break, before resuming the second schedule of the film.
