Ajith’s ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ hit the screens this month after getting postponed from Pongal.
The action thriller directed by Magizh Thirumeni was based on the Hollywood film ‘Break Down’.
According to a recent report, Vidaamuyarchi’s OTT release is scheduled on February 28.
Generally, Tamil biggies follow a four-week theatrical window, but going by this report, it seems ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ makers are planning to bring the film to OTT in just three weeks.
The film’s streaming partner, Netflix, is yet to make an official announcement.
Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the movie stars Trisha as the leading lady.
Vidaamuyarchi also features Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Aarav, Nikhil Nair, Dasarathi, Ganesh, Vishnu Edavan, Arivu, and others in pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer.
