Riding high on the success of ‘Mookuthi Amman’, RJ Balaji recently announced that he will be playing the lead role in the Tamil remake of Bollywood flick ‘Badhaai ho’.
The movie will be directed by Balaji along with N J Saravanan who was also the co-director in ‘Mookuthi Amman’.
Now the latest update is that the shooting of the movie titled ‘Veetla Visheshanga’ is all set to commence this week and will take place in and around Coimbatore.
Aparna Balamurali of ‘Soorarai Pottru’ fame has been roped in as the female lead of the project. Shooting of the movie is expected to be wrapped up within 40 days.
