All for love

Vaazhvu Thodangum Idam Neethane

– Review

Shruti Periyasamy from Trichy comes to Tharangambadi to shoot a documentary film.

Niranjana’s father, the leader of the village, lets her stay in their house.

Niranjana and Shruti get attracted to each other. When Shruti confesses her love for Niranjana to her father, she is chased away.

Niranjana’s marriage is fixed with a relative. What happens next forms the rest of the story.

Director Jeyaraj Palani has said only what is necessary without deviating much from the core plot.

The film expresses feelings honestly without any obscenity or double meaning.

The film says to treat everyone with humanity rather than judging them. Niranjana and Sruthi Periyasamy have acted well in their respective characters.

Both of them play completely different characters and have delivered what was expected from them.

Arshath Feras, Arumugavel, Pradeep RJ, Maaran Karthikeyan have understood their respective roles and have done justice to their characters.

Music by Dharshan Ravikumar is impressive and S Gokulakrishnan’s camera has added more strength to the movie. Rest of the technical aspects are good.

Rating: 3.5/5
