Now that the elections are over, Udhayanidhi Stalin has commenced shooting for his new flick with director Arunraja Kamaraja.
Before commencing shooting, the team observed a few minutes of silence on the sets on the passing away of actor Vivek. Remember Udhayanidhi came all the way from Kodaikanal to Chennai on a special flight to pay tributes to Vivek.
The new movie is the Tamil remake of the Bollywood flick ‘Article 15’. The film will have Udhayanidhi reprising Ayushmann Khurrana’s role of a high-rank police officer who is posted to a rural area with caste divide problems.
The flick is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor under his Bayview Projects along with Zee Studios and Raahul for Romeo Pictures. It may be noted that Udhayanidhi has also projects with directors Magizh Thirumeni and Suseenthiran.
