Tamil Nadu government has extended the lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic till 15 November with additional relaxations.
A release from Chief Minister M K Stalin said that theaters can permit 100 per cent occupancy from 1 November.
“Shooting for serials and movies can be carried out with the required number of technicians. All the participants in the shooting should be vaccinated,” the release added.
The release further said that classes for students from 1 to 8 will commence on rotational basis.
“Except for Kerala, interstate and intrastate bus services will be resumed. The existing time limit for shops to be opened till 11pm has been cancelled,” the release added.
The release said that the existing ban for political meetings and temple festivals will continue.
