Director Atlee recently announced his new project titled VD18, starring Varun Dhawan in the lead role.
According to reports, VD18 is the Hindi remake of Vijay’s blockbuster film ‘Theri’.
Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi are set to play pivotal roles alongside Varun in this much-anticipated project.
A puja ceremony was recently conducted for the film and the Muhurta shot took place with Varun Dhawan. Atlee is producing VD18, as per reports.
Keerthy Suresh’s foray into Bollywood with VD18 under Atlee’s direction adds another exciting chapter to her flourishing career.
Produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande, the team also revealed that the official title of the film will be announced soon.
Jio Studios and Atlee will present #VD18 in association with A for Apple Studios & Cine1 Studios, directed by A. Kaleeswaran.
