Despite his status as a leading hero, Sivakarthikeyan recently shared his frustration regarding the scripts being offered to him.
Following the serious tone of his recent films like ‘Amaran’ and ‘Parasakthi’ , the actor noted that directors are no longer approaching him with full-fledged comedy entertainers.
He admitted that while he loves challenging roles, he fears becoming “monotonous” in action-heavy films and misses the lighthearted energy of his early career.
“I desire to do a full-fledged comedy film, but I don’t think I have the liberty to do that right now because the scripts I receive are all high-stakes dramas,” he explained.
To bridge this gap, he has even considered producing his own comedy ventures through SK Productions to give his fans the “fun Siva” they have been asking for.
