The first look posters of Silambarasan and Gautham Karthik’s new movie ‘Pathu Thala’ were released by the film’s music director AR Rahman in January.
The gangster flick which is the remake of the Kannada super hit ‘Mufti’ is directed by Obeli N Krishna who directed ‘Sillunu Oru Kadhal’.
Simbhu resumed shooting for the movie recently. The latest buzz is that the release of the movie might be postponed.
The film was slated to be released in December. However, sources now say that the release of the movie might be pushed to January or February.
The poster features Gautham with an intense look and shooting at someone.
‘Pathu Thala’ is produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja under the banner Studio Green with Kalaiarasan and Priya Bhavani Shankar playing the other principal characters apart from Simbhu and Gautham Karthik.
