The first look posters of Simbhu and Gautham Karthik’s new movie ‘Pathu Thala’ were released by the film’s music director AR Rahman in January.
The gangster flick which is the remake of the Kannada super hit ‘Mufti’ is directed by Obeli N Krishna who directed ‘Sillunu Oru Kadhal’.
The latest update is that Simbhu will start shooting for the project in the Last week of May.
The combination scenes between Simbhu and Gautham Karthik are expected to be shot during this schedule.
This schedule is expected to take place for more than a month and will be wrapped up in the first week of July.
‘Pathu Thala’ is produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja under the banner Studio Green with Kalaiarasan and Priya Bhavani Shankar playing the other principal characters apart from Simbhu and Gautham Karthik.
