The already star studded cast of superstar Rajinkanth’s upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 168’, is set to get one more star attraction. If sources are to be believed, Siddharth would play a key role in the movie.
“Siddharth will start shooting for the film soon,” sources said. The film already has Khushbu Sundar, Meena, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj, Suri and Sathish in important characters.
Directed by Siva of ‘Siruthai’ and ‘Viswasam’ fame and produced by Sun Pictures, the yet untitled flick has music by D Imman. Tipped to be a family entertainer set in rural background, the movie is likely to hit the screens for Deepavali 2020.
Meanwhile, Khushbu, who is sharing the screen space with Rajini after many years, has come out in support of him in the ‘Periyar’ row. Reacting to Rajini’s refusal to apologise for his comments on a rally by EVR in 1971, she said, “Right or wrong, it’s a personal perception n acceptance..but I am glad to see @rajinikanth Sir standing firm on his ground. What we need now is honesty..fear cannot be the rule. Speak..speak what your hearts says. Everybody will have an opinion n you cannot please everyone.”
