Malayalam actor Shane Nigam will be making his Tamil debut with the upcoming film titled ‘Madraskaaran’.
The film has gone on floors with the auspicious pooja. Meanwhile the actor recently opened about his character and the plot details of ‘Madraskaaran’.
Shane Nigam said that he will be playing the role of Sathyamoorty, hailing from Pudukottai in ‘Madraskaaran’.
While his character grew up in Chennai, the actor said that he has to go back to his native after his father wants him to get married.
“What takes place from then on is what the film is all about. Even though there’s action in the film, it leans more towards an emotional drama space,” the actor was quoted as saying.
Shane also said that he had been getting offers from Tamil after the success of ‘RDX’, which is similar to ‘Madraskaaran’ in terms of revenge plot, but different in the subjects.
The actor added that he will be playing a Tamilian in the film, one of the biggest challenges for him.
