The makers of Sasikumar’s ‘MGR Magan’ have decided to postpone the movie due to the new lockdown restrictions imposed by the government.
Shooting of the movie directed by Ponram was wrapped up a year back, but the release was delayed due to the lockdown.
The makers had announced that the film will release on the 23 April. However, the Tamilnadu government announced that there will a curfew in the night from 10 to morning 4.
And also on all Sundays, there will be a full lockdown in the state. The new rules have forced the movie team to take such a hard decision.
Apart from Sasikumar, the movie also has Sathyaraj, Samuthirakani, Saranya Ponvannan and Mrinalini in prominent roles. Music for the movie is by Anthony Dhasan.
