Dr Sylendra Babu highlighted on the importance of fitness for longivity of life span and how the contents of the book integrates this through simple techniques of story telling.
Mr.RJ Balaji spoke about seeing the growth of Ms Ramya in the last decade and emphasised on how fitness has played a strong role in not only physical but also mental toughness in this.
