Work-wise, the actor has been shooting for his upcoming film, ‘Vettaiyan’, directed by TJ Gnanavel of ‘Jai Bhim’ fame.
The shooting of the film is expected to be wrapped up by the end of March. The big-budget entertainer boasts a huge star cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan and Ritika Singh in pivotal roles.
Rajinikanth was last seen playing an extended cameo in ‘Lal Salaam’ directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth.
