The highly anticipated family drama ‘Thaai Kizhavi’ , starring Radikaa Sarathkumar, has seen a slight shift in its release calendar.

Produced by Sivakarthikeyan, the film—originally slated for mid-February—is now officially locked for a theatrical debut on  27 February.

Directed by newcomer Sivakumar Murugesan, Radikaa portrays the titular character, an unrecognizably aged but fierce woman who champions social causes within a rural setting.

A special Valentine’s Day glimpse from the film recently went viral, featuring Radikaa delivering a powerful message about women’s education on a public bus.

Sivakarthikeyan, who has expressed great confidence in the script, reportedly watched the final cut and was deeply moved by the emotional core of the story.

The film features a stellar supporting cast, including Ilavarasu and Munishkanth, and is being hailed as a potential career-defining performance for Radikaa in this decade.
