Shooting for Jayam Ravi’s movie with Kalyan tentatively titled ‘JR28’ was taking place in and around Thoothukudi.
The film has been titled ‘Agilan’ and the first look which was released recently features Ravi pulling a cable on a ship. He seems to be playing the role of a marine engineer.
Priya Bhavani Shankar and Tanya Ravichandran play the female leads in the movie. It is now said that Priya Bhavani Shankar will be playing a cop in the movie. Priya had earlier played a cop in Mafia which has Arun Vijay in the lead role.
Sources said that Priya’s character will come in the first half and Tanya’s role will be present in the second half. Music for the movie is by Sam CS.
The movie bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio is touted to be an action thriller.
