Mamitha Baiju made the entire Southern film industry take notice of her with the blockbuster youthful entertainer, ‘Premalu’, in 2024.
After ‘Premalu’, she went on to appear in movies such as ‘Rebel’ and ‘Dear Krishna’.
She will next be seen in Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal’s ‘Irandu Vaanam’, ‘Premalu 2’, and Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’.
As per the latest buzz in Kollywood circles, the young actress has been signed on to play the female lead opposite Dhanush.
This as-yet-untitled film will be directed by Vignesh Raja of ‘Por Thozhil’ fame. The film will be bankrolled by Ishari K. Ganesh under his Vels Films International banner.
She recently signed ‘Dragon’ hero Pradeep Ranganathan’s next project, which will be produced by the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
