If the buzz is to be believed, actor Prashanth, one of the leading actors of the ’90s is all set to play a crucial role in ‘Thalapathy 68’.
The pre-production work for the film is underway and a number of names are being tossed around for the star cast of the project. Speculations are also rife that the team will be approaching one of the Bollywood stars to play a cameo.
Prashanth was one of the leading actors of the ’90s and was part of the some of the biggest hits of the decade.
The actor, however, never shared screen space with Vijay. If he indeed gets on board, the film will mark their maiden venture. According to an reports, the actor has been approached for a crucial role.
It is to be noted that Vijay had teamed with Suriya and Ajith during the early days of his career.
Prashanth, on the other hand, had worked with Ajith in the film, ‘Kalloori Vaasal’.
Both Vijay and Prashanth were on the top of their game during the decade. Hence, their collaboration is one to look forward to.
In the meantime, the team of ‘Thalapathy 68’ is currently at a leading Hollywood Studio in Los Angeles for the pre-production work of the film.
