After releasing a bunch of posters featuring the main characters from ‘Ponniyin Selvan -1’, the film’s unit launched the teaser of the movie in a grand manner.
The teaser is filled with huge sets, high-octane war episodes, beautiful frames and breathtaking looks of lead actors.
There is epicness written all over the teaser and it says that ‘The Cholas Are Coming’.
Now the makers have announced that the first single from the movie will be released on 31 July at 6pm.
The song has been titled ‘Ponni Nadhi’ and it seems to feature Karthi as Vandhiyathevan.
As we know, the movie series is based on a famous Tamil novel with the same name.
Produced under Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies banners, the cast of the film includes Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prabhu, R Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Rahman and R Parthiban.
The film is all set to be released on 30 September.
