In a surprise addition, Nayanthara has been added to the cast of superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 168’. The movie directed by ‘Siruthai’ Siva is produced by Sun Pictures.
In a tweet, Sun Pictures said, “Lady Superstar #Nayanthara joins the cast of #Thalaivar168@rajinikanth @directorsiva.” Meena, Khusboo, Keerthy Suresh, Soori and Satish play key roles in the flick, which has musical score by D Imman.
Earlier, Rajinikanth and Nayanthara have acted together in films such as ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Kuselan’, ‘Sivaji’ and ‘Darbar’. If sources are to be believed, Siddharth would play a key role in the movie.
“Siddharth will start shooting for the film soon,” sources said. Tipped to be a family entertainer set in rural background, the movie is likely to hit the screens for Deepavali 2020.
